thank YOU holly so much *hugs* it took me about 2 to 3 hours just to sketch it the most difficult part was the nutcracker prince for me, i dint have good reference and most of it i had to make it which usually i like to work from good reference ...the painting took about the same time maybe a bit longer b/c i was waiting for watercolor payers to dry which can be a pain:)
I know what you mean about good reference material. I'm having a time right now with my latest drawing. I come up with most of my poses and most of the time it's a pain to find decent ref. material.
